I come from a disadvantaged background. My story is about developing a useful skill, learning from customers and building businesses from a small beginning. I share what I have learned to help people find direction, recognise their potential and take practical steps.

Speaker biography

Daryl Morgan, known as Minko, is a London entrepreneur, public speaker and technology adviser. Coming from a disadvantaged background, he started Minko’s Macs in 2011 with £70 and developed work across technology, gaming, music, education and community initiatives. He has spent 15 years advising businesses and creative professionals on computing and technology and holds a first-class honours degree in Computer Science from the University of East London. His mission is to help people turn ambition into opportunity, through entrepreneurship, practical guidance and technology.
