Technology & AI consulting
IT and technology consulting for your business
I’m Daryl Morgan, a London entrepreneur and technology adviser. For 15 years, I have helped business owners and creative professionals understand their technology, choose useful tools and move towards their goals.
You know what you want to build, create or improve. You may not know which computer, software or system will get you there. My role is to make those decisions clearer and connect the technology to the work you actually do.
Who I work with
Small and medium-sized businesses, sole traders, independent brands, entrepreneurs, public figures and creative professionals. Whether you are building your first setup or improving how an established business works, the starting point is your objective.
Technology consulting and creative workflows
- Computing choices: assess your workload and help you choose a suitable computer, upgrades and supporting tools.
- Creative workflows: identify computing and software needs around your music, media or other creative work.
- Business systems: review how information moves between your tools and where repeated steps are slowing the team down.
- Clear direction: translate technical options into a practical plan, with scope, priorities and costs discussed before work starts.
Experience behind the advice
My work began in music and media, where dependable computers were essential to getting creative work done. I developed that knowledge into Minko’s Macs and a wider technology advisory practice.
I have advised creative professionals whose careers have included Grammy nominations, BRIT Awards and number-one songs in countries around the world. My contribution has been technology and computing advice: helping people choose and use the tools behind their creative objectives.
The same care applies whether you are an established creative professional or a business owner getting started. The advice begins with your needs, not a list of products.
AI implementation: the next step in practical technology
My team and I also help businesses put AI and automation to work. We start with a process that costs time—such as enquiry handling, follow-ups or reporting—then assess whether automation is a suitable improvement.
We agree the scope, build and test the workflow, explain it to your team and retain human review for important decisions. The goal is to give business owners time back, with systems they understand.

A clear way to work together
Assessment: we discuss your needs, then agree the scope and fee for a technology assessment. This gives you a practical plan and priorities.
Implementation: if you want help putting the plan into practice, we agree a separate project scope, timeline and price. Recommendations do not commit you to an implementation project.
Ongoing support: where useful, we agree training, review sessions or continuing support, with the responsibilities and fees set out clearly.
